God has wonderfully blessed His children, giving not only natural eyes to see the visible but eyes of faith to see the invisible. What goes on in the spiritual realm determines the visible world.
Whoever uses his eyes of faith will be able to recognize the mystery of the love of God at work in his own life and in human history. Then we will see not only the trials and tribulations but the glory that suffering is preparing for us; not only our sin but the victory Jesus won and wants to establish in our lives; not only the tangled fates of others and of ourselves but the wise and wonderful plan of God behind it all; not only the darkness spreading over the earth but the dawning of Jesus’ eternal kingdom. So look at the unseen, look at the great promises of God, and your life will be transformed.
