“For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you.” Isaiah 41:13
 
It has grown dark upon the earth, and darkness is perhaps also creeping into your heart. Be assured, God comes to look after His children whenever they are surrounded by darkness and afraid. He says, ‘Fear not, I will help you.’ The sun may no longer be shining upon you, but now the Lord wants to be your everlasting light, your joy and comfort. His light shines more brightly than the sun, and His joy is greater than your greatest sorrow. This holds good for even the darkest times.
(Isaiah 60:19-20)
