In times of distress, God our heavenly Father is more mindful of His children than ever and sends them help. So let us trust Him, come what may, saying with the psalmist, “Thou hast been my help, and in the shadow of thy wings I sing for joy.” (Psalm 63:7 RSV) This is what God expects of His children.
 
Affirm again and again, “I have a helper – my God and Lord. In times of trouble I will not only be hid under His wings, but I will also be able to sing for joy.”

Such a declaration of faith will comfort and strengthen you.
