Fearing the power of the atom, we look for a stronger power capable of protecting us from radioactive fall-out. If we knew this power, our problems would be solved. This power exists. It is the Lord, who made heaven and earth. Consequently, He has control over atomic power. Through His only-begotten Son, He says to those who believe in Him, ‘Behold, I have given you authority … over all the power of the enemy; and nothing shall hurt you.’ — ‘If they drink any deadly thing, it will not hurt them.’ The Word of God holds true (Luke 10:19, Mark 16:18).
