When you are sad and in distress, the heavenly Father asks you, as it were, “Why are you cast down and feeling so discouraged? I have help in store. Wait and expect help. It will surely come. Yes, I tell you that one day you will give thanks with a joyful heart for that which is depressing you now.” Start praying, “I thank You for the assurance that I can go forward confidently in expectation of help.” And you will proceed confidently, going forth to meet the day of help.
