As far as our lives are concerned, we are construction workers, not architects. We do not have to plan for our whole life. The Architect of our life, who holds the blueprint in His hands, is God Himself. We are not being tossed about by blind fate. God is leading us according to a marvellous plan, along a path best suited to our strengths and abilities. Do not prevent God from being the Architect of your life. Desire to be and do what is fitting for you: be obedient to His leading and place the stones day by day according to His plan in the building of your life — and a wonderful edifice will come into being.
