You know that God is your Father. However, it seems as though you no longer have access to Him. You think that your failings are too great in the sight of God and man. But God is challenging you simply to accept the fact that you have failed. Saying ‘Yes, I have failed’ is being honest. It is a sign of courage and humility. This ‘yes’ is the key that will unlock the Father’s heart. A stream of grace will be poured out on you. Admitting your failings will also open the door to the hearts of those whom you have wronged. What a gracious opportunity God is giving you!
