‘I am lacking in this and that, in fact, in everything, and so there is no help for me’ — or so you conclude. However, as far as God your Father is concerned, it makes no difference whether you lack much or little. On the contrary, the greater your needs, the more He can demonstrate His wonder-working power. Rejoice in the assurance: ‘God will give me what I lack for the very reason that I am lacking so much.’ Such faith will bring about a transformation of circumstances.
