It depresses you to think about coming events. Look to the hills from where your help comes, for help will come. It will come from the God who made heaven and earth and who is the help of His chosen ones. Look away from all the perils here on earth; look to Him who has power to help in every situation. Your heart will then be transformed. You will become strong and confident. Fear and despair will yield. (Psalm 121:1-2)
