Do not look down on the ordinary days that do not seem to contain anything special. Do not despise small opportunities or little strength. God loves the small and lowly — a little town like Bethlehem, a small nation like Israel. He encourages you by saying, ‘A little one shall become a thousand, and a small one a strong nation.’ That is a law in the Kingdom of God. Those who humbly live out the seemingly less important days, those who are faithful in the little things, will find that the Lord will place them in charge of much. They will experience and accomplish great things. (Isaiah 60:22 AV)
