You complain that your Christian life is lacking power and effectiveness. The fault must lie with you. God in His great love is only interested in blessing and empowering us. That is why He sent His beloved Son. He redeemed us to bear fruit and bring blessings to others. He shows us the way. Begin to make sacrifices for God and His kingdom, sacrifices which cost you something. Offer your sacrifices in faith. When you sacrifice your energy, trust Him to renew your strength. When you sacrifice money and possessions for Him and His kingdom, trust Him to supply your needs in other ways. Then you will experience the love of God as never before, and you will become a channel of blessing for others. (Romans 12:1)
