When fears, troubles and distress arise, say repeatedly, ‘My Lord and my God, “You are my hiding place; you will save me from trouble. I sing aloud of your salvation, because you protect me.” (Psalm 32:7 GNB)’ Then you will find that words of trust spoken to the heavenly Father have power to banish the evil one, who wants to make us afraid and drive us to despair.
