Because God is love, He yearns for the love of His children. But how do you show your love for Him? Love God by doing good to others, by loving them as yourself. Love God by emphatically saying no to every sin. Love God by being reconciled with others, just as He reconciled Himself with you in His only-begotten Son. Love God by giving up your self-love and self-will. Love God, who constantly bestows His blessings upon you, by surrendering yourself with all that you are and have. He will richly repay your love.
