Jesus says to us, ‘Unless you turn and become like children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven’ — or attain the treasures of heaven through prayer. Let us turn daily from our pride, overconfidence, self-righteousness and all rebellion against God’s will and His chastening. Then through prayer we will attain much. Because we are children, the treasures of heaven and the Father’s gifts will be ours. (Matthew 18:3)
