In the hectic rush of everyday life, little is accomplished that brings blessing. All great things of eternal value are born of times apart with God. So seek to have more quiet time alone with God. Nothing can replace abiding in His presence. The greater the stress at work and the more numerous the difficulties, the more time you should be spending alone with God. Prayer will give you the strength to stand firm during trials and temptations. Only your quiet times with God will enable you to cope with the pressures of life. Seek the presence of God. In His presence everything will be solved that you cannot solve yourself.
