Are you in suffering, where all is dark? You do not know what to do. You feel helpless and cannot see a way out?
 
Your loving Father in heaven sees that you are in distress and calls to you, as it were:
 
If you are in darkness, I want to be your light.
If you are in suffering, I want to be your comfort.
If you are helpless, I want to be your helper.
If you are perplexed, I want to be your counsellor.
 
Listen to His voice. Then your heart will become quiet.
